 I heard that you can break your hymen by sports, horseback riding... Okay well when/if it breaks from any of those reasons will it hurt and you start bleeding. I am 13 I don't play sports, I don't wear tampons, I have horses and want to ride them but heard about the hymen thing and I am afraid to now. I don't want to start bleeding on a horse.  hey everybody. i just have a few questions. If you have sex and your hymen doesn't break you are NOT still a virgin, and if you have sex and your hymen does break you are not a virgin? haha, either way you are not a virgin.  I am a virgin, however I think have managed to break my hymen. I own a toy made from glass, which I have ahd for sometime.
