A rattata in the burned tower, A female nidoran around the enterence of the east park gate. A digglet at digglet cave, A donphan at Red's base at Mt.sliver, A weedle at a bug catching contest, and a krabby using a super rod at cheerygrove town. This is what I think it is going on. I know the chance on finding a shiny pokemon of any species is like dropping a plate from a building and not break, but when one appear in one area like a rattata in the burned tower, no shiny pokemon will appear where rattata or ratticate lives. And rods are diffrent...like if I caught a shiny magicarp with a old rod, I can't catch anymore shiny pokemon with a old rod, but still can with the good rod and the super rod. if you know anything else about shiny pokemon, I must know...please. ...

 Someone online offered me a shiny gengar for my normal gengar, Spoof. We tried to go through the trade once, but I go suspicious. The gengar was light blue, they said that's how shiny gengar look.
