Do you know where I can find a particular card trick where you ask questions about the card that a person has chosen such as: is it black or red, greater than or less than 7, club or diamond, heart or spade... and so on. After several of these questions, you should be able to eliminate all other possibilities and know what the persons card is. If anyone has any info about this particular trick it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

if you know how this card trick goes and you can explain it to me i would give you 10 points
1.put aside 26 cards
2.take the remaining 26 cards and reveal the 1st card
3.minus(-) the card by 10 (10,jake,queen,king are considered 10)(A is considered 1)
4.put that amount under the card
example:10-7=3 so put 3 cards under 7
5.repeat step 2,3,4 2 more times
6.place the remaining cards on the 26 cards you put aside
in step 1
7.add the 3 cards on top(step 2(all of them)
8.open that amount of cards (7+3+4=14 open 14 cards from the cards in step 6)
9.if you know this trick you should be able to know the card or in this case the 14th card...

ok, so my cuzin showed me this card trick...it's amazing and i must know how he did it!!! this is what happened.
He spread out the cards in front of me, and he said "pick the ace of spades" or some other card...(every time we did it (i demended he do it over and over again) he'd just name me a card that i'd have to pick)
so i'd pick a card, give it to him (not look at it) and then he'd tell me to pick another (specific) card. i gave it to him..he looks at, and then he picks a specific card. Then he said "do you remember what the cards were?" and i'd tell him, and he'd flip them over and i would get it right. we did this over and over and i kept gettign it right. now i know there is a trick behind this...and i'm desperate to know what it is!!!! please please please help if you can think of a conclusion?!?!?! thanks!

What is this card trick called?
You start out with a deck, then you pick out a card from it, you pick it out from the deck and you put it back. Then the person takes out 5 cards, and your card is in there, then he puts it in, and takes out the first 4 cards. Then none of the cards is in there. He then cups his hands (then secretly puts back the 4 cards back in the deck, I saw it) and then he fists his hand while pretending to throw the card in the deck. Then he flips over the deck and the card that you chose is upside down. Does anyone have any idea what it's called?

It's a card trick that uses the whole deck of cards including the jokers. I learned it a long time ago, but forgot some of the details. The story goes....3 guys were playing poker, in the story they go out for beer, women &money. As they are playing cards they are talking about their address, number of sibling they have and as they say this you throw down the card that represents that number. For example..I'm 32 and you would throw down a "3" and a "2" while talking. At the end they show their cards and one has a royal flush. It's neat because throughout the whole thing you're sending out one of the guys for something and after cutting the deck you're bringing him back. I remember how to do the trick, I just don't remember the full story. Can someone help me? :)

I want to add this to my repetiore of tricks. If you don't know what I'm talking about, it's the card trick where a spectator picks a card and you attempt to draw it on the back of the deck and it is wrong, only to have a drawing of their real card emerge from under the original drawing.
...
The effect of the trick:
The spectator cuts an ordinary pack of cards in two, chooses a card, memorises it and returns it to the pack. They then magically locate their chosen card just by dealing the cards into piles, discarding some along the way until they're left with only one card - theirs!
Before you begin the trick:
Practice cutting the pack so that you're fairly accurate in getting two equal or near equal halves. Also practice your dialogue well beforehand so that you can run through your instructions to the spectator smoothly.
Here's how it's done:
Give the pack of cards to the spectator and ask them to shuffle them.
You say: "Now cut them exactly in half if you can."
It might be difficult for them to do this, so after they've made the cut you can try and even up the piles by moving a few from one pile to the other, saying that they maybe need a little help to get the cut more exact.
Note: the key to this trick is that the cut must be within four cards of the centre.
You say: "Take a card from anywhere in either pile, memorise it and place it on top of its pile. Now put the other pile on top so that it's lost within the deck."
You say: "Now deal the top four cards face down in a row on the table and keep dealing them until you have four piles."
After the spectator has dealt the four piles, you turn over each pile and spread it out so that all the cards are face up and on view.
Ask the spectator to point to a pile which they think contains their chosen card. You turn that pile face down and discard the other 3 piles.
The remaining pile should contain 13 cards and ask the spectator to deal this pile into yet another four piles on the table. Note: when this is done the last card dealt should be on the first pile. So ....
You say: "This pile is obviously uneven so we'll discard it."
You now have three piles left - each should contain three cards.
Note: the middle card of the middle pile is their chosen card.
Ask the spectator to discard the top and bottom cards of each pile. There are now just three cards left.
Pick up these three last cards (from left to right) and give them to the spectator face down. Ask the spectator to again discard the top and bottom card from the pile in their hand.
You say: "Now tell me your chosen card."
Ask them to turn over and hold up the last card in their hand - it's their chosen card!
