Right now I already have a pretty well-defined six pack and some pecs and arm muscles (triceps and biceps), but I want to make them bigger. I work out every other day but I was just wondering if it's hard to go from cut to bigger muscle? ...

I have been working out for roughly one month and I can see some results in my biceps and deltoids. I just want to know if I stop lifting weights now, how long will it take for my muscles (biceps) to wear down or in short, get lost again? Another question is, after I have reached the desired shape of my muscle --- triceps and biceps --- how many sets or reps should I do to just maintain it and not build more muscle? Thanks in advance! ...

I weigh about 250, so I figure that just by sheer size, doing push-ups will build muscle, but I don't feel or see results. I'm looking to strengthen and more importantly, build muscle:triceps, shoulders(front, middle, back) and pecs. Let me know any other things I can do besides push-ups that will work my shoulders. ...

If so, I would buy whatever materials needed to start at home, I just don't want to go to the gym. I am looking for abs and arm muscles. (Triceps and Biceps) (I dont think I spelled that Right). Please help me! ...

My goal is to be able to support myself for at least a minute on a handstand, preferably using my knuckles or the tips of my fingers (Balance is not really an issue, what I want is the strength) I have, for a few months been doing exercise every morning now in order to be able to achieve that, I've basically been doing four series of 25+(I began at 25 and have been gradually incrementing the repetitions) pushups, half of them on my knuckles and half of them on the tips of my fingers. So far, I have noticed an increase of pectoral muscles, triceps and the muscle between the elbow and the wrist, which name I do not know. I'd like to ask for other muscles I need to work on and what exercise can I do for that purpose? ...

Not really, I just want to be able to support myself on a handstand, it's a requirement test for the Martial Arts I practice and I really want to be able to do it. I don't really think I need to lose or gain weight at all. ...
