 At one point i thought Katie Couric was one of the most beautiful women on television, great personality, great smile, great skin... She looked natural but lately she looks so..... Uhhhh Scared?? I cant explain it... Whats up with her eyes and her skin? She does not look the same anymore.  Katie Couric looks like she had some major plastic surgery or something. Her eyes look like she just saw a ghost...all pulled back and wide-eyed. Also, tonight her lip liner was 10 shades darker than her lipstick.....a major no-no in makeup. What's with that? Doesn't she have a makeup artist that can do her makeup for her? She looks horrible.
