 he is innocent, but there are many evidence showing that he is the key person in the whole corruption case. And he has been saying that the Nationalist wants to put him in jail as the gift for the Communist China. Personally, I think he is guilty given that there are many evidence supporting that he is corrupted. Plus, his 8 years in office didn't do any good for the Taiwanese economy except pushing Taiwan for independence ...
