 I have discovered recently that one of my coworkers always tucks her blouse into her underwear. I think she does this to keep her blouses tucked into her low rise slacks and suits she wears. Normally when she gets up, she usually gives hers slacks or skirt a tug up to make sure that her waistband goes back into hiding. However there are a few times that she will be flashing some of her waistband. My question is since we work out at various locations for our clients, sometimes her underwear is showing as she is going through files, etc. Should I mention something to her as I am her boss, or just ignore it and enjoy the view? ...

I also really liked a blouse that I saw online and I tried to find the pattern for it but it seems that nobody in the U.S. carries it because its a japanese brand blouse pattern.
