 My UPS stops working for a second when ever the power is cut and then starts working but the damage has been done. I have just replaced the battery of my UPS but when the power is cut, the computer (sometimes) shuts down for a second and then restarts but it already causes the problem because I lose all the data. I am from India & have the best available UPS connected to my IBM Think Centre desktop. Recently I got computer SMPS (power supply) replaced. Can that be the reason of this problem.
