 I resantly got adobe premiere elements 3.0 and it was working fine (except that it was sooo slow) until one day when I opend premiere elements an error message apeared saying that a serious error has ocoured, and when I hit ok premiere closes and now every time I start premiere it does the same dame thing!  Hi. I recently installed Adobe Premiere Pro 1.5 on my Vista machine. My problem is this: Now that I have Adobe Premiere Pro 1.5 on Vista I cannot uninstall it. Each time I run the uninstaller it tries to reinstall the software. I really need to get Adobe Premiere Pro 1.5 off of Vista to make way for either 2.0 or Premiere Pro CS3.  I thought a premiere was a first showing. if so, why do networks call a movie a "premiere" even if the network has shown the movie before? Even a few times, they still call it a premiere?  I have a G4 Dual Process 450mhz 10.4 OS. I loaded Premiere 6.5 and it opens and runs fine...But when I hit Save or Save as the program always crashes. I also use an imac loaded with Premiere 6.5 and 10.4 OS and the program saves without any problems. Any ideas? ...

 I have been making short films for quite sometime, and have been using a Mini-DV camera for filming, and Adobe Premiere Pro 1.5 for editing. I was actually wondering how I can give it a professional speed if you know what I mean. For example on Only Fools and Horses, the interior scenes are in Real-Life, studio speed, whereas the exterior scenes are a bit slower and more of a drama/film look, thats the look I want to acheive for my films but I don't know exactly what the term is called.  I am trying to decide whether to buy Adobe Premiere Elements or Adobe Premiere Pro. Elements is a lot cheaper, but apparently scaled back a lot. However, I also have already bought Adobe After Effects. Does having After Effects make up for the difference between the Elements and Pro versions?  This is more of a stylized/technique question. I just don't really know where to begin. How do I create a black and white scene that has great contrast (like alpha channels in Photoshop) and then replace color in certain places (sort of like Sin City), in Premiere? Do I need to use After Effects instead? Photoshop? I have ALL of this software, but don't know where to begin. Any help would be much appreciated. Also, what's the best way to lighten a shot in Premiere that came out too dark without causing a lot of noise. Can I match it to the previous clip's lighting? If so, how? I'm using Premiere Pro 1.5.  Adobe Premiere 6.0 can't open and capture an mpg video clip from a JVC Everio. Premiere displays: The video was recorded in an unsupported format. Supported formats are 22khz, 48khz, etc...  i made some animations in Flash, 3d MAX, and Adobe Aftereffects. i rendred that in avi, mpeg etc in full size , high quality to keep longer for multipurposes.... i then imported those all in Adobe Premiere Pro, when i rendered, the output became very jurky...the only one animation is smooth.... what can be the solution. i tried once.. by making a movie in smaller size, and then imported that in adobe premiere, that was normal.. but what i need HD vedio... thakn you ...
