 every tiem i go on a diet i cant go #2! when im on a diet i excerise, eat healthy small meals every 3 hours, lots of water, veggies and fruit but it takes me like 3 days to go... and it small..but if i start dinking prune juice and prunes will it help? would the juice be consitered a meal because its about 180 cals per serving with 3gs a fiber..is it bad when im on a diet or what?
