 A driver changing lanes clipped me on a city street. I stopped, but the other driver kept going and I didn't get a license number, make and model, or description of the driver. I pulled into a parking garage immediately at the scene and had only a small ding and a light paint smear on my front passenger side. Since I couldn't describe the driver or the car and there was no real damage, I did not call the police. I left the car parked in the garage and walked to the theater were I had been heading. When I returned, there was a card from a police officer in my window asking me to call about a hit and run. I called and left the officer a message but a day has gone by and he hasn't called back. I am terrified that the other driver filed a report and claimed that I committed the hit and run. Maybe he claimed he was just driving to a safe spot to stop. The collision occurred in Kentucky. Was I required by law to call the police? Is what I did considered a hit and run? ...

 I am a 28 year old, single, straight male. I am very successful and am well educated as well. I have an excellent relationship with my family, so good in fact that I choose to still live at home (not costing a dime is also a plus). All in all, I believe I have a lot to offer a very special lady. The "problem" is that I have only gone on a grand total of 2 dates in my entire life. I never had a girlfriend or even had my first kiss yet. I have a lot to look forward to! It's kind of exciting. I have people telling me that I am going to be seen as strange because I waited so "long" to actually get a girlfriend and because I never moved out etc. Is that true? Why would they find that strange? Or would they just be jealous that I have made wise choices in life? I always thought most people didn't get into a real relationship until their late twenties or early thirties anyway. And is there a need to move out if you're still single? What do you think? Sex or "hooking up" before marriage is not desired, so the issue of bringing a girl to my home is a non-issue. ...

 Anyone else think it's possible that the way we respond to child molestation does more damage to a child than the actual molestation. I mean think about it.... When a child is molested everyone responds with how horrible it is.. and they say that |when a chidl is molested "he/she is empty and no longer has a soul' and 'their life is ruined' I mean it's hard enough for victims to come to terms and overcome self-esteem issues without everyone telling them they are completely ruined and no longer 'innocent'.. Don't get me wrong molestation is a terrible terrible thing. But, maybe if we all just responded more positively children could respond a little better. Just a thought....... ...

 Do you think that people who want to get their dead pets made into diamonds are weird? How about yourself or a loved one? Do you really think that they could compress a person or pet cost effectively for $6,000 or are they just taking the money and giving people cheap diamonds that they buy bulk? Seriously, my sister and I were talking about this yesterday because my nephew had to put his dog down. ( She had advanced cancer ) He had looked into getting her made into a diamond but could not afford it. Now my neice says when she dies, she wants to be made into a diamond. My sister and I both agreed that wearing a diamond made out of a dead person is just too weird and gross. Problem is, our teacher asked for it to be burned to a CD-R or on a USB and he would not have internet access when viewing our websites. So i'm not sure how to save everything onto a CD because I have many images/videos linked from other websites on my page. Please help ...

 i've been looking for an older 35mm SLR because one,i'd like to have my own SLR,and two,i'd like to get away from digital.a friend of mine has a nikon n2020 (or F501 depending where you live) and i've worked with that and liked it,but want something differnt,maybe from the same era.i've looked at minolta x-700's,maxxum 7000's and 9000's,and i liked the x-700 (i prefer the metal body by far,i hated the maxxus plastic body and buttons...i like dials...).i've considered olympus' OM system,which i also thought were nice.i've also looked at the leicaflex.i'd like something that as i develop and find the need to do more,the camera can do it.autofocus would be a nice feature,as long as it's a setting i can change and still focus manually.but it's not a necessity.oh,and the n2020/F501 has this thing i liked that i'm not sure what it was called,you looked through the viewfinder,and as you focused arrows told you which way to focus for what was centered and when it was focused it turned green. oh,and very adaptable to natural lighting.that's an important one. ...
