 I have 2 Persians. I have a girl, Precious, who is turning 7 and a boy, Tzar, who just turned 4. Now Precious has really taken to peeing across the room from where the litter box is... and against the wall. She has 4 favorite spots and if I put old rags down, she pees on them too. I have tried the shower treatment, I take her to the pee, say no firmly, and then give her a shower (she hates water). I don't believe in hitting them so I have no idea what to do other then putting her in the shower. She knows she is being bad cause she quickly hides under the bed when she does it. Her litter is clean (ok, so sometimes I am lazy and don't get to it as frequently as she would like), they both share the same litter. The boy has taken to peeing & in doing #2 in dad's room when dad's not home and his door is open. I am going nuts here... Bissel carpet shampoo and vinegar have become my bestfriends of late... that and the Rug Doctor. Please help!!! ...
