 When I was watching High School Musical 2, the character, Mr Fulton, reminds me a lot like Mr Feeney, the character from Boy Meets World, because of their similar articulation and the strictness. I thought actor, who played Mr Fulton in the movie, was William Daniels, but it was a different one.
