 Joseph Barbera died :( ever since i was born i watched every single cartoon of Tom & Jerry, even now when i find it on TV i just cant stop watching it. I think Joseph Barbera (Tom and Jerry creator) was a genius, he created a cartoon that suits everyone, not just kids, he was like foreseeing the future and thats why we still watch the old Tom and Jerry sometimes. too bad i didnt know much about him before he died, so how do u guys feel about losing that man, if it matters to u? ...

 An Iranian scholar has just reported that the cartoon "Tom and Jerry" is a Jewish plot!!! Professor Hasan Bolkhari is a cultural advisor to the Iranian education ministry and a member of the Film Council of Islamic Republic of Iran Broadcasting (IRIB), the government-run radio and TV service. He holds a Ph.D in Islamic Philosophy, teaches philosophy of art at Tabatabaei and Al-Zahra Universities in Iran, and is a prolific author of literary and scientific works. He says that Jews were referred to as "dirty mice" by the Nazis and others. 'Tom and Jerry' was created by the Jewish Walt Disney company to give people a good feeling about mice.  Tom and Ray (Click and Clack of the Cartalk radio show, www.cartalk.com) identify themselves as "The Tappert Brothers" on their show, but the website is copyrighted Tom and Ray Magliozzi. Which is it, are they Tappert or Magliozzi? Is Tappert merely a stage name? Actually as the first answerer pointed out it is "Tappet" (they have it misspelled on a page on their website). ...

 I remember watching a tom and jerry cartoon, where there is female cat (or iam not sure if it is a female mouse), whose eyelashes become like fingers and they make a movement like inviting tom(or could be jerry). does anyone remember watching something like that? if you can please give me the name of the episode. thanks. ...
