I watch Judge Judy every now and then. To me, Judge Judy isn't really entertaining because I mean... come on, let's face it. Everythings going to go her way on the show because she has the protection of a big baliff and security and a huge bench in front of her. Anyway, the main entertainment I get from watching is when her own baliff gets irritated with her. Usually, the court shows, the baliff is a big suck up to the judge and kisses the judge's butt and agrees with everything the judge says, but Byrd is hilarious if you ask me. If Judge Judy asks him to go get something, he always sighs and makes a face like 'why don't you go get it yourself?'. When Judge Judy asks Byrd a question, chances are Byrd would agree with her like all the other baliffs do. A lot of times, Byrd will tell Judge Judy she is wrong and sometimes even laugh and make fun of her for not knowing about stuff, like the internet. One time, Judge Judy was like "does that sound stupid to you, Byrd." He goes, "I guess!"
Frankly, I think Judge Judy annoys the hell out of Byrd judging from his expressions and behavior on the show.

As stated by Judge Judy (who I still have the up most respect for, but now questions her judgment in reference to the Bill of Rights.) On a commentary show, Judge Judy was asked by a reporter? To explain her earlier statement whereby, Judge Judy commented, that if an event occurred, whereby a person left their finger prints on a glass or left some simple form of DNA behind on a glass: should that glass be used as evidence. Judge Judy went on to expand that event to basically detail her feelings on the 4th Amendment and Search and Seize by which evidence is admitted should be qualified as to avoid the PRIMARY PRINCIPLES of Justice, of which a warrant is always required. It sounded like she was saying; she has no problem with how evidence is obtained as long as the criminal is caught. Now come on Judge Judy, if people don't attend to the Bill of Right and Due Process Rights then next they won't just not attend to the Court Decisions. Judge do up hold the Constitution and BofR's ?

I am a very big fan of Judy Garland. Saying that I also know a lot about her troubled, ending life. I knew she would explode at her husbands. I found these really sad, recordings that Judy "supposedly" recorded. When I heard them I was SHOCKED at her speech, and her anger level. I knew she got angry, but I never knew she got this angry.
Go to: and listen to all of the three samples. Come back here and tell me if you REALLY think that was Judy speaking.

Does anyone think Judge Judy is heartless? I mean sometimes she really talks down to people unneccesarily. And today, I felt bad when the girl started crying when Judge Judy told her she didn't have a case.
"Does Judge Judy know Jesus"? (A common discussion in our house.)
What do you think? Any comments?

I saw today where that loud mouth Judge Judy made 25 million a year, dern I would pay her $10 to shut up! So I figure take a first year law student with maturity, make her have withdrawals and a mental disorder, then we have another Judge Judy, but better!
What do you think? That woman and another judge really get on my nerves, why watch a program where the mentally insane yell at people?

I just don't believe that an American court case can accurately been wrapped up in convenient 8 minute segments. Judy Judy seems to judge cases on her feelings toward the "contestants." Not much actual evidence is considered. It's just a "He said/she said" situation much of the time. I wonder if this is actually recognized as a legal enforcible court ruling or perhaps the contestants sign a waiver beforehand to go with her judgment. Can you back this up with a credible source? Secondary Question, why would people be crazy enough to go on her show? (no source needed for that)

Does anybody know if folk singer Judy Collins is related to singer Phil Collins? This may be a dumb question, but I would like to know. I'm distantly related to Judy Collins, and it would be sweet if I was related to Phil Collins too. Most of the famous "Collinses" I know share the same basic facial structure. You can kinda see it in Phil. So anyways, if you know the answer, let me know. Thanks.

I wrote a thesis on Judy Frank Mearian's "Someone Slightly Different". Apparently, I must write a paragraph of the author's biography. I have Googled her and none of the sites wrote her biography (they only provide information on her books).
Can u help me on her biography? I'm so desperate =(
I only have one more day to submit my thesis

Don't you think that when Judy was in MGM they pushed her too hard? Also, don't you think that it was stupid she had trouble getting movie parts later in her life.

I heard somewhere that when Judy Garland, (who played Dorothy in the Wixard of Oz) died, there was a tornado in Kansas. I know she died of an overdose, but this tornado fact puzzled yet intrigued me.
I think you me understood me. I know that it was the overdose that killed her. But I heard that on the day of her death there was a tornado somewhere in Kansas. I'm not implying that she died of the tornado, but rather the tornado as a symbolism after she died. Is this true, that there was a tornado?

How did Judy Garland die?

Garland died in 1969. Sondheim wrote the show "Follies" in 1971. It recently occured to me that, if Garland had lived, her interpretation of the seminal song "I'm Still Here" from that show would have been one of the greatest pairings in theatre history. The song deals with significant ups and downs in a performer's life, and Judy experienced the same dramatic roller-coaster life. What are your thoughts? Furthermore, what other ideal pairings can you think of wherein a past performer would have been well suited for a song written after his/her death?
