 I am a webmaster, and I am trying to build my website, but my computer keeps acting weird and seems to be going into random hybernation for no reason in the middle of ANYTHING. I tried to do a scan to see if there was any virus/malware that was causing this, but nothing came up. When I ran Spybot Search and Destroy, "Smitfraud-C. Toolbar888" came up... for the bazillionth time! What do I do??? Also, random websites just pop up in new windows, and I can't stop them. Even pop-up blockers with by Browser and Google Toolbar can't stop them!  i have windows vista on another partition, but when i boot up, windows vista doesnt detect windows XP and i cant boot into XP. It just boots windows vista If i go to disk management in windows vista (that is the only OS im able to boot) and make the partition containing Windows XP active, i cant boot. When my BIOS tries to boot from the hard drive a windows error shows and says: Disk Read Error Press CTRL+ALT+DEL to restart. ( This is when i make the windows XP partition active.) WHATS WRONG??, i want to be able to choose which OS to boot, also windows vista doesnt detect windows XP in msconfig. i had to use linux to fix my boot problem, so currently im able to boot windows vista, NOT XP ...

 my brother said he was in the explorer browser and hit something, it opened and ask him questions, one of the questions was what type of operating system do you have... he had windows 95 windows 98 windows me /2000 to choose from .. it was set at a default of windows 95 he said but he said he didnt know so he choose windows 2000... now the browser load huge half the page is off screen and huge print. i went st my pixels down to 1024/786 i think, the way it was set, but it keeps kicking back off to huge page and reading my computer as windows 2000. i have windows xp home edition.. can someone plz help me find that setting on windows xp and set it back to windows 95... thank you very much.. my browser is set to windows 2000... needs to be set to windows 95 so it will work like it use too.. i tryed the pixel area and even set apply and advance still nothing cause it is set to windows 2000... help asap plz ...

 i was bored so i was at the Microsoft website to check out the new downloads. so i came across something.... wait before i go on, i searched in the search engine for "windows movie maker" and it says "winter fun pack for windows movie maker"2"" i cant find the windows movie maker 2 or am i just wrong, and the 2 in the quotation above is the number 2 as in that specific download? its easy if u go to Microsoft and search it... theres only 5 separate found on that topic. i know theres a windows movie maker 2.6 or whatever for windows vista, but i have windows xp with sp2 so i know thats not the one i can install.....so any thing i don't know about this? anything can help, i already downloaded the WINTER FUN PACK thing and i cant install it unless im sure. cause it doesn't explain much on that website.....i got windows movie maker with the cd-rom (for windows xp) i didn't know i could update it, but i don't know if its the same things cause the one i have doesn't have a number in it? ...
