 i want you to say who you think is better all time so far and why. my side of the story is this : how is nadal not better than federer? nadal has a lot of wins against federer and a better record against federer. nadal has the best backhand in the game and is the best tennis player on clay courts ever. i understand federer has more tournaments and tropheys than nadal but please. federer is ranked so many more ranking point higher than nadal and i don't understand why. nadal is the best player in the world. federer almost never beats nadal but the only differences i see between the two is federer has more tropheys and beats more of the crappy people than nadal. i absolutely hate this. to be the best you have to beat the best. i don't see federer having an undefeated record against nadal. nadal is the best and should be number one no doubt in my mind. nadal is still very young and already has half the number of titles as federer does, is it nadal's fault so many crappy people lose to federer in the finals? nadal can beat federer on any surface he is much faster and has way more skill. federer seems lazy and doesn't really move and try to hit it when he has some chances. ...

 i think rafa nadal is messing up his wimbledon!!! he had soderling under control even in the 3rd set when he had a break!!! BUT AGAIN his useless serve just gets broken time after time!!! i am a big nadal fan but the way he has let soderling back into the match i dont think nadal deserves to win this match!!! i wouldnt be surprised at all if soderling broke nadal 1st up when they resume!!! even if he gets past soderling i doubt he will be able to beat youzhny or berdych!! nadal has probably the worst serve after filipo volandri in mens tennis!!! nadal can easily beat the good players but fall to utterly useless players like blake,youzhny,soderling,mahut,gonzalez etc etc!!! if he cant beat soderling, then nadal dont deserve to have his number 2 ranking!!! hey palms im not kicking rafa when hez down...im just so frustrated!!! i was really hoping he had a good chance to win this year!!! but now that looks over!!! i think rafa is in big trouble!!! im still his fan but if he loses but i think he can look back at this and say..this is one that got away from him!! i still hope rafa wins ...

 I believe nadal is going to win next years wimbledon no question about it. If you people think about it he was soooo close this season cuz he got two sets of federer. and the sets he lost to federer was in the tie breaker soo, by next year nadal will mature into a more better player. i have no doubt that nadal will win wimbledon before federer wins the french. what do you ppl think? Common people haha HE GAVE THOSE TWO SETS UP IN TIEBREAKER NE ONE OF THOSE TWO SETS COULD HAVE BEEN NADALS. last year nadal got only 1 set this year he got 2 sets next year he may even win the freakin tournament. ...

Nadal is very talented and is improving really fast which is scary. he looks like he is catching up to Federer... i might be wrong, but thats what i think. he's still young so there is more potential in him. i still think that a good draw still has an effect on the outcome of the tournament. i was really impressed on how he beat all those players. i was also one of those people who expect him to lose but was never really sure because, well, he is Nadal. and sometimes i pray that he will lose because i don't want a Federer-Nadal final because Federer might lose. and about the weather, that too can affect the outcome of the match. Even Nadal said it himself that he wants it to be sunny so the courts will be slower... ...

 I know people say Federer and he probably is , the greatest all-around player of all time. But i have to make an argument for nadal he is on a different level on clay since it suits his game better and he is quicker. Also in head to head matches nadal is winning. This may not be very accurate considering most of them were on clay. Roger is still unbeatable on clay but the gap is closing. maybe federer will force nadal to the fifth set on clay next year. but it seems to me that nadal is closing quicker on grass then roger is on clay. one final thought, when the court was split and federer played on grass and nadal on clay nadal won easily. so does nadal have any argument in saying he is even equally as good as federer. your opinion on this would be nice but don't just agree with someone because you like him better. ...

 In yesterday's French Open final, all I kept noticing was how Federer's arms, legs, and visible chest area were all hairy. Yet Nadal's legs, arms, and his chest are bare as a womans' body. Does anyone know if Nadal shaves his body? And why does he wear those capris? ...

 After 4 days and 8 different interruptions Nadal finally wrapped up his match. Meanwhile,Federer has been resting and practicing all that time. Is that fair? Why doesn't Wimbledon get a roof? Why didn't they resume the match on Sunday when it was dry and sunny? Why did they schedule 4th round matches when Nadal and Soderling(and others in that bottom half too like Hewitt)hadn't even finished their 3rd round match? Either the Wimbledon organisers are incompetent or they are deliberately unfair and favour some players over others. ...

 for all those critics who failed to give nadal the credit he deserves for making it to the finals, nadal has just proven that he can most definitely play on grass. i hope you people shut up now! ...

 Seeing the way Rafael Nadal dominates Federer on the clay courts-what do think Federer can do to beat him? I thought Federer should have charged the net more. I do not believe Nadal could consistantly making passing shots. If you play a strategy where you try to beat him by staying behind the line, you are not going to win. What do you think? ...

 You saw Nadal take Federer to 5 sets. Last yr he went 4. Federer has only gone 4 sets both time to Nadal at the French. Nadal is still very young. I think next yr Nadal can go all the way. Federer will NEVER win the French so long as Rafael is playing! ...

 In the second round at Dubai, Nadal is playing Igor Andreev. Although ranked 136, the interesting thing about this match-up is that Andreev beat Nadal the last time they played, on clay in 2005. Since then Nadal has not lost on clay in over 2 years. Does Andreev have a chance this time around? And why the heck did Baghdatis play Nadal in the first round? That is too good a matchup to occur so early. ...
