 I don't know the name of the movie, but Demi Moore was in it. Her ex husband had come to take her son for the weekend and faked their deaths on his boat during a storm. Demi Moore's character saw them on a show and went to the island they were staying at. She tried to catch her ex husband and find her son. He was about 17ish now (he was like 7 at the beginning). He worked on a boat with his dad and did tours around the island for tourists. There was a big festival on the island and her ex husband had taken the son around the world. Please tell me the name of the movie. I think it was on TBS or ABC Family once, but I don't remember. It's been killing me not knowing what the name of the movie was. Please help if you know anything about the movie!! Thank you. I already googled Demi Moore film's and checked several movie sites. I couldn't find it. It's not Double Jeopardy becausee the woman didn't go to jail. She had been in the living room with her two friends who had just come back from vacation and they were showing her a video of their vacation. It showed her now grownup (17) son on the boat telling the friends about a boat tour. In the movie she originally couldn't get to the island because she didn't have a passport but pleaded with the officer about finding her son. She did remarry after her son's and ex husbads "death". At the end of the movie the ex husband goes to jail and the son goes back with the mother. The end of the movie is when the son asks if her new husband will like him. She replies that he loves boats and they'd get along great. I remember that the mother went on a tour with her son and got to know him without him knowing he was her son. He told her that his mother died when he was younger and she told him her son died also. I think the son's character's name was Matt. I'm not sure. ...
