 Dan Brown says that Jesus was married because a man in Jesus' culture would be expected to marry. I don't dispute that that's true (the part about culture). Of course I dispute that Jesus was married 1. the only source to back this up is The Gospel of Phillip (written in Coptic and only traced back to the 2nd Century, not the 1st). 2. Jeremiah, also Jewish, was single 3. When Jesus returned to Nazareth the people there were "without honor" towards Jesus.  What do you think is the best book by Dan Brown? Put them in the order from the one you like the most, to the one you don't like too much: The books are: Angels and Demons, The Da Vinci Code, Deception Point, and Digital Fortress.(Don't put the ones you havn't read in your list.) For me its: 1. Angels and Demons 2.The Da Vinci Code Havn'e read Digital Fortress or Deception Point, but I read the first few chapters of Deception Point on the back of Angels and Demons, and I want to read it bad!!  Dan Brown logic goes like this: If a triangle represents the triune God, then after you have a triangle, you have a square, after a square, you have a pentagon, so obviously the US Govt' has to do with Jesus. you can make a 5 pointed star instide the pentagon, once you turn that over, you have a pentagram, and that is why Satan lives in thsi country. But anyway, I am see much more of this in Christian apologetics, which is turning me off to them all together. If people use this pseudo logic to prove something, how do they think they will prove their case rationally? What I meant was that Christian apologetics use similar logic to prove their point. Dan Brown, as it has been said, is that he is an idiot savant. He doesn't really know what he is talking about, but finds a way to connect things loosly, it is a good thing he is a fiction writer.  I love stories that challenge the church and faith issues in general. (I'm a believer with some pretty big questions that usually get echoed in these kinds of stories.)  i really think it might be a good idea that if dan brown doesn't consult with milan micci he might at least read some of her material. i heard he attended her '85 lecture but he must have missed the last ten years of her research. the remains of mary magdelene are not kept at the louvre museum. perhaps ms. micci can tell him where they really are, lol. or maybe he can check out the website for her new trilogy of books "the christ code" www.thechristcodeofficial.com ...
