I just visited MSNBC.com a few short moments ago. The front page carries a story about mental health resources for American troops. When I clicked on the page, I was directed AWAY from MSNBC to a negative editorial about MSNBC Editor-inChief Jerry Nachman on husband got the same page from his computer. I viewed the source of MSNBC's page, where the link is referred to in the image map here: DON?T ASK, DON?T GET -- Better mental health help needed for Iraq troops, medical chief says You notice msnbc-editor is not a real link. I tried it in both Firefox and IE7 with the same results. Is anyone else getting this? Is there something wrong with my computers or has MSNBC been hacked or??? It seems to have been fixed now, about 10 minutes after I first clicked on the story. ...

This is so sad that MSNBC canceled the show. It is hard to believe that the executives at MSNBC would make such a foolish decision and increase the race division 150% more. It stops right here right now for me. As a white female I am so offended by the networks move. I will never watch MSNBC again. I consider all NBC channels hypocritical and at this time disgusting. The only think MSNBC can do now is beg IMUS to return to save face. ...

MSNBC dropped Imus due to his admitted foolish, and serious misconduct. It's about MONEY, not ethics for MSNBC. Those that disagree, drop MSNBC. Rap, Hip Hop artists exploit women of their own for the $$$$$$$$$$$ and are no better. NO better than the countries that throw acid, kill women and beat women. Women are chattel to the rap & hip hop crowd. Fine Americans NOT! and I'll boycott them too. What about you? Does your moral code know color of skin? Gender? Age? When I went to work in a local mfg plant I had to put up with worse than IMUS said EVERY day. Dangerous pranks played with my machine when you stepped away to use the bathroom. 1 woman had a shovel thrown at her face and then the UNION Asst Plant steward would catch it by the handle before it hit her. Company foremen and human services did nothing. A woman that is devout Catholic and did not shack up or date without at chaperone was stalked and mocked for being gay, and blatent abuse. The union/company did nothing. Not one of those males ever admitted wrong doing privately or publically. Not one ever lost a dime, even after I beat the man's backside that spit in my face! One could say I'm jaded against men, I'll say NO. Those bad actors do not define MEN, they define themselves. Imus admitted his sin, it's worth something to me! ...

Every major news station barely covers this guy. On msnbc tomorrow there is a debate between all the major Republican candidates. Ron Paul is the best candidate to come up in years. Seriously if everyone knew who he was he would be president for sure. If you wanna look him up go to ronpaul2008.com and click on issues for his opinions on the major issues facing the U.S. There is no way you can disagree with anything he says. Fox News, CNN, MSNBC and all other stations will have failed in their attempt to keep him hidden when tommorow night the entire U.S gets to view this man's greatness. Vote Ron Paul in 2008 and check him out on MSNBC tomorrow. Brief Overview of Congressman Paul?s Record He has never voted to raise taxes. He has never voted for an unbalanced budget. He has never voted for a federal restriction on gun ownership. He has never voted to raise congressional pay. He has never taken a government-paid junket. He has never voted to increase the power of the executive branch. He voted against the Patriot Act. He voted against regulating the Internet. He voted against the Iraq war. ...

MSNBC.com identified 144 journalists who made political contributions from 2004 through the start of the 2008 campaign, according to the public records of the Federal Election Commission. Most of the newsroom checkbooks leaned to the left: 125 journalists gave to Democrats and liberal causes. Only 17 gave to Republicans. Two gave to both parties. ...

In other words, I have watched that new crew on TV several times run that sting about men child predators. However, after all of the middle shcool/high female teachers that have had sex with their students and been arrested lately, how come MSNBC never runs the show by soliciting or setting up women? You know that there are a lot of women who are guilty of soliciting children for sex but MSNBC seems to cater to the double-standard that gets all of the other women a slap on the wrist. How come they don't do the right thing and give each gender equal coverage? I'm tired of the double-standard that lets women like Mary Kay Letourneau and Debra Favre walk without jail time. What do you think? ...

After the Imus incident, MSNBC was quick to try and dismiss Imus from having anything to do with their station other than being simulcast on their news station in the morning, bringing up WFAN radio as the station responsible for the Imus in the Morning show and its content. Did they forget that this is the same guy whom they built a multi million dollar broadcast booth for, who does his show in their building (not even in WFAN's), who has created enormous morning ratings for MSNBC making CNN redo their entire morning schedule? They love raking in all of the cash and ratings that Imus brings to them. Yet when he slips up and makes a stupid mistake, a stupid statement like many others he's made on a show where crude humor is the norm and the envelope is constantly being pushed, MSNBC is quick to dismiss Imus from having anything to do with their network. I'm not expecting them to support Imus for his remarks, but they should have handled this more professionally. Al Sharpton and Jesse Jackson should be embarrassments to the black community. They do more harm to good and try to fight fire with fire, everytime. More blacks need to stand up against those clowns, and some intelligent black leaders who don't have their own private agendas and who aren't racist need to step up and push those clowns out of the spotlight once and for all. ...

Fox news? Don't the Republicans always pout saying that CNN, MSNBC, NBC, ABC, etc... are all Liberal news stations... So why are they letting Chris Matthews of MSNBC host their 1st debate on MSNBC? Shouldn't the 1st Republican debate be on the Republican Fox news channel with Anne Coulter or Bill O'Rielly? as the moderator? ...

IS IT A BAD IDEA TO SHOW US ALL THE MEDIA BECAUSE IT CAN CAUSE MANY OF THE KIDS WHO ARE ON THE EDGE OF SOMETING SIMILAR TO FINAL GO FOR IT NOW THAT THEY SEE HOW THEIR MESSAGE WILL BE HERD OR IS IT AS MSNBC STATES IT IN HONOR OF THE PARENTS AND VICTIMS? EITHER WAY I STILL THINK MSNBC WAS IN IT JUST FOR THE PUBLICITY ...

Every weekend MSNBC runs programs about prison life, then program after program on serial killers, murders etc. Instead of making celebrities out of killers how about they run programs about Military heroes Fire fighters People that make a positive difference in the world GeneralComments@feedback.msnbc.com Tell them to stop glorifying criminals ...

I am outraged that MSNBC fired Imus because Sharpton demanded it!! I'm not watching MSNBC or NBC from this moment on and I think others should do the same. Imus made a mistake, but he shouldn't be crucified for it. ...

could be made on MSNBC that would deal with gangs, and violent crime? I am not at all slighting MSNBC, that is a great show, but they also should do a show about gang violence, and drug dealers. Drug dealers are just as much predators as these guys, and just as scummy. It would be great if they could do a show where they caught drug dealers who were preying on kids, or dealing near schools. Also, they could show them confronting violent, criminal gangstas. That would be great. I think it would also help people realize how out of control some of the gang stuff is in America's cities right now, and that something needs to be done about it. I am willing to bet that for every online sex predator on that show on MSNBC there have been 10x more people killed by gangs. I also think that there might be a politically correct racist thing to it, ie sex predators tend to be white, and prey on white girls, while gangsters tend to be latino, or black. do you think the show makes EVERYBODY except sicko sex predators feel better? what if they found out that one of the guys on their was drunken 22 yr old messing around with some 50 yr old sicko, would they bust them both? and notice, most of these ppl are GUYS its easy to beat up on guys, especially white guys in the 30s to 40s. and they don't usually tend to be dangerous. what if the 13 yr old were in the hood, I bet she could have her buddies easily kill the guy. what about girls who get raped by 100s of gang members to join a gang? bet they'll never do a show on that...... But, if the show has some reverse racism to it, then does not having a show about gangs show racism to? and what about the person who said "well that would be dangerous?" doesn't that prove my prove? ...
