ok ummm if i want to build muscle FAST. what should i do? Eat foods with good protien or Drink protien drinks or just do both but not too much foood.... i eat 2 times a day so yeah..

i did a split in P.E. and (like the kind where your right leg is in front of you ) and i heard something pop and the pain imedently kicked in i couldnt walk of run of do anything now a day later i still cant run and i cant bend over and my right side of my butt is killing me casn anyone give me a hint at what might have happend i think i pulled a muscle how long does it take to heal

okk so im in wrestling,16 and i would like to build muscle/get stronger pretty fast but i know its not gonna be like a one week thing, but the sooner the better :D
any guidelines,pointers which could help me out? (if you know of good workout plan that'd be good too)
i havent thought about takng stuff like t3 and such is there something i should be taking? that wont mess me up in the long run cause im pretty sure t3 would
and before you suggest i do not plan on going the deca route :D

i am trying to get more ripped i already have a six pack and pecks but i can't seem to get my arms to look like they are flexed when i'm not flexing i am 14% body fat athletic. but wat are the best workouts when u are at home. Also how can i develop my abs and arms better i have most of my fat on the sides of my abs

I am very thin yet I have no muscle, I am bones covered with skin. But there are people out there muscled from birth, as they say, "meaty".
Then, I saw photos of some celeb - forgot who and it does not matter - who was exercising several hours a day and become very muscled, anatomically so, then the other photo when she stopped doing it, and there was no muscles.
Does it mean, then, that to keep the artificial muscles, un-meaty people must never stop exercising because their muscles will go? And I see these meaty people not exercising at all, or gaining weight, and they gain it with muscles, and their muscles never disappear.

It started in 1953 at Venice Beach in california and then spread across the U.S. like wildfire until it reached Club 54 in NYC in 1955. The first muscle church opened in NYC in 1956 and had 23 big member only who were really super muscily and then many more more guys came there so they had to get more chairs and stuff and finally they had 22,412 big muscle members and 13,621 followers. what im asking is, simply tensing (clenching whatever you want to call it) your muscles very tightly and holding for awhile strengthens your muscles correct?
for example if i repeatedly thruout the day clenched my fists, my forearms would eventually start building muscle correct?

Muscle Contraction and pizza??
I want to draw muscle contraction relating it to pizza, how could i do this while including the following steps? like how do i change these steps into 1. putting chesse on the pizza..just as though it was muscle contraction happening like a comic strip of muscle contraction through pizza any ideas??
1. ACH released and binds to recepto on muscle fiber
2. Membrane depolarized with T-tubule help, calcium released from SR into muscle fiber
3. T and T bind Ca, actin release
4. Actin/myosin bind (ATP) until fully conctracted (cross-bridging has occurred)
5. ACHase removes ACH from receptors
6. Calcium is returned to SR (ATP)
7. Actin and myosin releae (ATP), muscle relaxes
8. T and T move back in to bind actin

My friend has worked out at the gym and is now taking this protein drink called muscle milk. I am wanting to lose weight and she says just work out and replace a meal with muscle milk.. It has a lot of calories in it and taste like crap! Are protien drinks (muscle milk) really good for you and okay to take? Cant i just eat a fat steak or some chicken for my protein?
Another things is im not trying to build muscle, just lose fat. So wouldnt that help build muscle? I understand you gotta have muscle to burn fat.
I am soo lost..on all this stuff can some one help me???
