 Has anyone watched any of these classic soap's when they were on soapnet?, As you know they pulled the plug on "Another World" and they decided to air Port Charles and Ryan's Hope only once a week!, We invite everyone who is unhappy with SOAPnet's cancellation of Another World, and the way SOAPnet management has turned their back on classic daytime soaps, to join in the phone blitz on Thursday, May 10th. Here's what you need to know: - We are calling ANNE SWEENEY who has ultimate authority over SOAPnet. (Deborah Blackwell reports to Brian Frons; he reports to Sweeney.) Many letters have been sent to Sweeney so she is aware of our concerns. We have been very specific about what we want: Another World back on SOAPnet; Ryan's Hope and Port Charles back to daily episodes. - Phone number to call: 212-456-7777 - When to call: Thursday, May 10th between 9AM and 4PM (eastern time) - What to say: Ask for Anne Sweeney's office. Some may get as far as her office; others may get stopped at the switchboard. Either way, leave a message. Tell them you are calling to ask Ms Sweeney to get involved in addressing viewer complaints about SOAPnet.  Am I the only one who gets annoyed at the programming on Soapnet? I look forward to catching up on the soaps over the weekend and there are now stupid movies, those old Beverly Hills 90210 shows and other junk. I am getting to the point of cancelling my premium cable channels if they don't start showing current soaps during the day. Days of our lives starts at 1am Sunday night for the weeks worth of shows. Am I the only that feels this way?? ...

 I have been watching the re-runs(on the fourth season) of One Tree Hill on Soapnet and next Tuesday they are playing "Prom Night", then the next day are starting over with Season One, which means they are skipping SIX episodes of the fourth season!!  I looked forward to coming home and watching Y & R at 7:00 eastern time everyday. Since I work all day I miss the regular time and I don't have a dvr or tvo. Now Soapnet has decided to put it on at 11:00 p.m. eastern time. Isn't that ridiculous! Y & R is the number 1 soap and should continue to come on first. Anyone else feel my dilema? I know that ABC/Disney owns Soapnet but Y & R is # 1. If that's the case they should have never put Y & R on Soapnet. Cable TV needs another Soap network that's not a conglomerate. ...
