  So i'm doing my bicep workout, once every 3 day, meaning that after my workout i wait two complete days and on the third i workout again, i sit on a chair, back straight, pick one dumbell in each arm and lift. So i do 5 sets of 9. So each set, i lift 9 times, each arm.. Please let me know if what i'm doing is right, if you have ANY other bicep workout advise please tell me. Let's do this um... lol i workout for many years and yes this is indeed rigurous exercise hence the word BODYBUILDING and if you could read, a set of 9 lifts is indeed very rigurous... thank you for not answerting questions you have no idea about. I am seeking advise from someone who has knowledge in the domain. ...


  So, I have some questions. I'm a 25/F who tries to stay active and eat healthy. I'm thin, and my arms are cut, but my belly, hips, thighs have fat on them. I'm trying to tone them, not necessarily for a 6-pack or anything but I just don't want belly fat. I ride my bike everyday, and lift weights/do some crunches before bed. Every so often I'l drink a whey protein shake after I lift weights. But what else should I be supplementing to maximize my metabolism and build muscle?? I got some bee pollen but I don't know what that does...what about Spirulina? Chromium?? Glutamine?? Which is better for women's muscle building; soy protein, whey protein or spirulina protein?? Your help is greatly appreciated. How about papaya enzymes, or flax oil?? ...

  i did bodybuilding for about 6 months,went from 125 lbs to 160 lbs...then i left the gym...now i started again like after 6 months...ive been going to the gym for 2 weeks and i cant lift a thing,i used to lift 40 kgs on my benchpress now i cant even lift 20,i used to lift 16 kgs biceps dumbell now i can barely lift 10 kgs.....the lower body is perfect,i can squat and do all the other leg exercises like i used to do,its my arms that cant lift like before...havent lost much weight or mass...im still 150 lbs...its been two weeks and still no progress....why this weakness.....is it the creatine,ive been using it for 2 weeks;p....thanksss ...

  I know girls think they look disgusting. I don't do bodybuilding or anything, and I am athletic not bulky. I just train for the sport I am currently doing by rock climbing, weight training, calisthenics, plyometrics, yoga, and running.   Hey, I'm 15, my goal is to bodybuild, anyway, recently I've been doing chest workouts, and not feeling my chest work out. I do the exercise below: a dumbbell bench press. I use 10 pound weights. I only feel my arms burning, not my chest, even at the gym I go to I use a machine for chest, and don't feel my chest workout there, with my personal trainer. Also, since I feel my arms workout does that mean I'm using my arms too much, since I do bicep and tricep curls the day before chest and shoulder workout, and use dumbbells both days one after another? What do I do? ...

  I went to a local waxing place, it she isn't too expensive, because its a small town, but she knows her shit, and she did my arms and legs for only a hundred bucks, and that pain was tolerable.   I am 14yrs old and am 5'8''. I have been weightlifting for 5 months now and have only gained about 0.2 inches on my arms!!!!!   compete in figure competitions? figure is like bodybuilding, very lean and toned, with muscle definition, but not so extreme as a female bodybuilder. if you look at her in a tank top and saw her arms, it would be immediately obvious that she lifts weights. but not BIG arms... what do u think of this?? i am considering training for this...... the guy i like is in very good shape himself, but is shorter than me and has a somewhat small frame. once he even said, "i know i'm a little guy."
