 I'm a big fan of the movies and I just decided to pop in the dvd for a Lord of the Rings day. My question is more about cast updates. All of them got tatoos in honor of the experience, but does anyone know if they still are friends and keep in touch. One of the things I love about the whole Lord of the Rings phenonom, is that they all were great friends and I thought that played out well for the movie. So I was wondering if they still talked. Also, Dom Monaghan and Billy Boyd were writing a movie together. Does anyone know what is going on with that? There was also rumors that the producers of Lost wanted Billy Boyd to be in Lost as Dom's brother. Can someone help out a curious fan? ...

But now im finding out that there are other books; The Silmarilon (sp?), The Book of lost tales, The History of middle earth...
