  I just bought Galactic Civilizations II: Dread Lords, and I have a few problems so far. 1. The video that shows on startup isn't showing up, but I can hear the narration. 2. With the tutorials (non-full screen) both the graphics and audio are 'skippy', although they stay in sync. What I mean is that it will play for half a second, then stop, then resume, then stop, etc. 3. With the tutorials in full screen, the video plays for aobut half a second, then stops completely, but the audio continues normally (not 'skippy'). I am making sure I have the latest version of Direct X right now, then I will make sure my game is completely updated, but can anyone else thing of what might be the problem?
