 ok so this moring i was at school and it started sprinkiling and i asked my friend...u like how this rain is coming out of like no cloud..and there was only like one cloud but it was like one big white looking cloud..and it was not even a little bit gray and my friend is like it could me coming from that cloud and then she said that some rain does not come from clouds. but i disagree. so is it possible that the rain can come from the blue sky?( not the clouds?) ...

 A rain forest is a land mass with substancial growth and vegatation, produces the atmosphere and rain, cutting it down causes the area to dry up, can we not artifically produce the results of a "rain forest" (the properties of) in dry climates to produce rain? I know it sounds like weather control, but if we understand the physical properties of a rain forest and it's affect from a scientific view point vs emotional point of view, can we not achieve results? Too much rain, not enough rain, lake beds dry, river bank over flowing, the media or our civilization is not asking the right questions. Research technique depends on the right question being asked. Right now all we are asked is to listen and pay money for "carbon credits". Hogwash. Ask specific enough questions until the answer is made clear. "Can I grow a rain forest in Arizona?"  Many people say "It looks like rain" because they think like is a prep and rain is a noun. But "It looks like raining." like?prep raining?verbal noun And, "It looks like rain" rain =rainwater, raindrop so then this sentence doesn't match "It seems to rain." however "It looks like raining." raining=rain(verb)+ing(it become a noun) It does match "It seems to rain."  Rain maker and Rain stopper I know this person people believe he has a power to stop rain or to bring a hell if you make him mad. When people have an out side event in the middle of rainy season they pay this person and can hold the rain until the even over and the rain drops as soon as the even over. But one time a person who has a similar skill moved to this town and the two people becomes compotators and people start paying for this people. Some time people just forgetting to pay the new guy and the old complain had a hard time to hold the rain as he would like to do it for long time because the new guy is upset he did not get paid and he wants to bring the rain instead of holding it. During such event the old guy works hard but the new guys power some time won and brings the hardest rain and hell ever seen. Like to revenge and to show his power.  Our debate is that to read the King James version of the bible, there is no mention of rain before Noah's flood. There is water in various forms. But not actual rain that is falling, or has fallen from the sky. A friend suggests that just because it is not mentioned doesn't mean it did not exist.
